Kolekcja przygotowana z okazji 10-lecia działalności grupy Six Feet Under. W specjalnym pudełku znalazły się cztery płyty CD, jeden krążek DVD, 32-stronicowa książeczka, a także pocztówki ze zdjęciami, naklejka i plakat. Pierwsze dwa kompakty zawierają najlepsze utwory stworzone przez zespół, trzecia płyta - rarytasy, a czwarta - materiały demo z początków działalności formacji. Na DVD trafiły teledyski i nagrania z koncertów.
